TheSecretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, condemnedtoday the attack on two oil pumping stations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiausing explosive-laden drones, stressing that these terrorist acts pose aserious threat to the security of the region, international security and theworld economy.
"Theviolation of the security of any Arab country is detrimental to Arab nationalsecurity, stressing full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia inaddressing such terrorist threats which aim at provoking unrest in theregion." The Spokesman for the Secretary-General of the League, AmbassadorMahmoud Afifi, quoted Abul-Gheit as saying.
"We needfor the international solidarity to confront these criminal acts," Abul-Gheitadded.
